Belly tone in a month

Hey again!

There is a month before the two months of actual "Summer" -even though college students are done. I am 18, and I need to tone me belly (six pack! :D) for the summer. I am going to join the gym shortly, so I have a month, and of course I will be in the gym through July, and August, but I am doing it for - feel better, and look better.

My goal is to get a toner belly for July, and keep making it better through July. So when I go to the beach, I look good lol.

I am not fat, I am pretty standard size for someone my size. I just need to lose like 5 or 10 (???) pounds in my belly, so its tone, and make my muscle more visible and defined. So I got about 4 weeks until July for losing about 5 or 8ish pounds in my belly, and arms I guess.

So give the low down! What food? What food to avoid? What work out, or equipment?

Also, how much is achievable in 4 weeks training for like an 1 hour for lets say 5 times a week?

Also, I will be in a gym with all the equipment, and junk.

OH, and so like...what is achievable for 3 months training about the same as above?

Five to ten pounds in a month is quite a big ask for someone who doesn't look like there's a lot of fat to lose.

No late carbs...clean meals...no sugar...lots of evening HIIT or morning cardio...ooh sounds fun doesn't it ;)
 
it can definatly be done because i wanted the same as you for the summer and it only took me about 2 and half weeks to lose an inch of my waist which gave me a flat stomace with abs showing and i didnt lose any weight! and ive also added half inch to my bicep in that time. all i did was cleaned by diet up and added cardio (HIIT once a week with my boxing once a week)
