Well, you are talking about skin that has been stretched. Did you get big, I mean real big while carrying your kids?
ok tell me cynic,i have loose skin, should i just get a tummy tuck or work my a$$ of and whine?:(
my tummy was 22/24 inches prepreg, and it balloned up to 44inches in the 9th month,i had a c sec,my tummy is now 28` after 3 years of working on it,but i have 1`,2`inches of loose skin, very uncool, will it ever go away?
i mean if it can reduce from 44 to 28,should i really worry about last couple of inches?

recently i have lost some weight, and when i was heavier than now my tummy looked ok,but after loss of fat,it is just a deflated balloon,if i workout as i am doing, and get some muscles in there will it look ok?
Thanks in adavance:)

first of all how old are you and do you have any children??

I personally think you look very good, I understand the Pooch syndrome, but I mean, you are not far away from total sleekness. I think you are pressuring yourself to much.

I would give you a 9 on a scale from 1 to 10 on Hottness....So don't think you are fat, because you are not.

If you ask me I think that little puch is kinda sexy. I mean when you get really skinny to me you look like you need a Ham sandwich.

I am not and expert at all but from what I read lower your saturated fats and try 1-2 mile runs at a constant pace.

you're 19???? First of all thanks for making feel super old and yucky! (feel like I just told my niece she was hot!) UGHH!

Anyway, your in great shape, and really thinking to much about this...Basically as the others said, just adjust your diet then it should be gone

First of all, looking great!, maintain how you are, looks hot!

Secondly, i could not see properly in the half shots, but i believe your "pooch pot" is related to posture.

Its hard to say how you could test this theory out, but try a couple of little movements.

eg, take a shot with your shoulders back, chest out, standing high and butt/hips pointing towards the ground and not up in the air.

I think you will find your tummy will flatten a lot with a corrected posture.

This pooch effect happens a lot to guys and its a result of their ass pointing to the roof which in turn is caused by lower back issues. Its quite an easy effect to fix.

Some full body side on shots will help.

Actually, it could just be from you holding you arm out while you were taking the shot/picture, if this was the case.

Well, I won't advise surgery, because I'm not a doctor. What's your bf? You may still have some birthing fat remaining.
