belly fat

my body stores most of my fat on my belly which is very annoying as my legs and arms /shoulders are getting bigger/more defined but i still hav a bit of a belly. What is the best way of getting rid of it? eating better and doing more cardio or jus eating better and doing the same workout. instead of the usual amount of food im eating im trying to eat breakfast of cereals, small lunch of rolls/sandwhich with an apple/grapes and a yoghurt and then a tea of chiken/rice/veggies with either nuts or fruit as snacks.

You need to start cutting back. Lost about a pound a week. Just cut out junk food, eat alot more protein, less carbs (eat complex carbs), good fat. Also if your going to cut back you should be lifting more heavy. 3 FBW's a week should do it. Good Luck.
 
The problem is probably a mix of diet and exercise. At least you improved your diet. No junk food (chips, rackers, mcdonalds), stay away from sugar completely. Your carbs should be complex, and eat most of your carbs in the am.
Make sure you are doing the right kind of workout if you are looking to lose fat. Some workouts don't do much for fat loss. The best would be a full body circuit training session as many times a week as you can fit in. No training to failure though, you'll overtrain if you do.
