my body stores most of my fat on my belly which is very annoying as my legs and arms /shoulders are getting bigger/more defined but i still hav a bit of a belly. What is the best way of getting rid of it? eating better and doing more cardio or jus eating better and doing the same workout. instead of the usual amount of food im eating im trying to eat breakfast of cereals, small lunch of rolls/sandwhich with an apple/grapes and a yoghurt and then a tea of chiken/rice/veggies with either nuts or fruit as snacks.
