whichever ones you enjoy the most. As long as it gets your heart rate up - personally, I swim, I run, I use the x-trainer, the stepper and the bike. I like to mix it up a lot as I think just doing one excercise would get a bit old.
 
Look up HIIT, High intensity interval training. 20mins or less will give you resluts intestad of 1 hr medium/low cardio

First of all, you cannot spot reduce. You lose overall bodyfat, not just belly fat. Listen to LivefromNY's advice ... eat clean. Your diet is the key. You can do cardio til your blue in the face, but if your diet isn't up to snuff, your results will be lacking. Also, do weight/strength training if you want to bolster your fat loss.
