I'm one of those people who did up and disappear without warning, so I know what you are saying.

So far I seem to be back pretty religiously right now, and I'm doing well with the support. It is a little bit quiet these days it seems though.

I will try my best to be around.
 
Yep and when you did Karl I know that I for one was very upset that you had gone. So shame on me for disappearing and not at least letting people know what was going on.
Already today I have flubbed up.
I promised the kids a treat if they would hurry and get all their things for school and themselves ready by a certain time.
The treat was to get some donut holes from the local donut place. Once in I couldn't resist and ended up getting 2 for myself.
Now I know that it is early in the day and I can easily off-set them with some exercise but truly my day is going to be so busy that there won't be time for it.
I really need to get a handle on this sweets thing that I got going.
Use to be back in the day that I resist anything!
I even had my b-day cake sit on the counter for a week while everyone else ate it and I did not.
Sigh
At least it was an early-morning treat and not a late night one.
 
Oops!!!
Here I said I would make sure I was coming back on a regular basis and then I didn't. Shame on me!

Weight 208.4
Feeling good today. This is Day 4-5, depending on how you look at it. Having messed up royaly on Thursday but then trying to make it better by getting on the elliptical for the first time in I don't know how long could easily be considered a first day. Any day that gets you motivated in my book is a good day! Made it all the way thru the weekend without any mishaps. Took mom to breakfast this morning at my most favorite breakfast place ever! Had the oatmeal with Strawberries, (originally I had ordered raisins but they were all out!) as well as 2 servings of eggbeater eggs. Normally I would have had an eggbeater omelet that is ginormous to say the least with a side of hashbrowns, bacon and 2 pancakes. feeling pretty proud of myself for picking a better breakfast. This is the 2nd time that I have been able to do that in the last week!
Got the kids McDonald's cookies and Mickey D dinner. I didn't eat any of the cookies though I did smell them heavily! Was able to hold myself to just a Grilled Chicken Bacon Ranch Salad. With a smidge of dressing and croutons to top it off.
(Did have 1/2 of Trevor's Cheeseburger though, more for the cals since I won't even break 1000 today.)

Ended the day with 55 minutes on the elliptical with 832 calories burned off!!!! YES!!!

Sorta hoping you'll stay around though...

GASP!!!
2 days in a row!!! hahaha
Got up today and had my homemade oatmeal (not the kind in a pack) with 1 hard boiled egg. Dropped the kiddos off at school and then travelled myself on over to the YMCA. Did Zumba for 45 minutes, (though on Livestrong I only said I did 30 minutes since I wasn't really working too hard. Been so long I didn't remember most of the moves!) Then went up into the fitness center and worked lower body (hip abductions, adductions, calf raises and squat press') doing the 12-10-8-6-12 routine.
Followed it up with some good old fashion oblique crunchs and was able to eek out 12 and then 10 on the Roman chair (leg lifts for the abs).
Plan to hop the elliptical again tonight after Biggest Loser.
I know lots of people think it is weird to workout so late but I actually find that to be the best time for me.
Oh and the scale said I had lost a pound since yesterday this morning!!! woohoo!! :hurray:
Which doesn't surprise me. After I put in how much I ate over at Livestrong and then calculated my cals burned I was actually in a deficit for the day of
-19.
Didn't intend for that to happen. I thought I had eaten more, guess not.
What ya gonna do if you don't feel hungry?
I'm outta here. Got a house to clean and I have already spent to much time on the 'puter today.

Updating for the end of the day.
Ended the day with an elliptical run of 47 minutes and 675 cals burned!!!
Total burned for the day=956!!!
Hoping to see another drop on the scale tomorrow.

No exercise today. Been working in front of the computer for most of the day and when not was busy getting things done at home.
Did manage to eat my cals today. So we will see what that brings me to in the morning on the scale.
This morning the scale said 208 even. I wasn't to worried about it as I know that things being as they were, ahem, aka nothing moving if you catch my meaning!, I wouldn't really expect a drop.
So that is where this day has ended.
I am going to bed.
Have to get up in 4 hours! YIKES!!!

Woah, you better relax with your sleep. Be sure to get enough sleep or it might wreck your exercise. It'll exhaust you sooner than you should. Hope to read about you getting your at least 6 hours of sleep soon! Good luck!

Yep. Figured I always did do better when I was able to put my thoughts down on the proverbial paper.
Though I can't keep two diaries, a food journal with a diary of its own and Facebook all going at the same time. So I will be heading over to a different forum.
Karl I know you know about it.
And as I figure it would be very bad form to post a link here in this forum I won't do that.
However......if anyone is interested they can always PM me and I will let you know from there.

I appreciate the thoughts. But due to my crazy work schedule I am not always able to control my sleep patterns.
Though last night was definitely a good night sleeping!!!
 
Hey girlee.. thought i'd stop by and see how things are going in your world. I have been so off track. Eeeeek! Trying to get back on top of things. Im back to feeling really icky and I just have to shake it! LITERALLY! lol.. hope you are well.. God bless Bella!
