Short and Sweet

I really should be in bed sleeping.
Tomorrow is my day to get back on track once again.
This past week was soooo exhausting.
I am looking forward to getting things back in gear.
I can tell that I haven't taken very good care of myself health-wise this past week.
I always feel so much better when I am exercising and eating right.

Well here goes..........:driving:

Now I just need to stay on track regardless!!! :rolleyes:
 
Ya know sweetie, we can only take one day at a time.. :)

I had a great first two days followed by two rough days.

We just have so much LIFE in our daily lives..lol

I'll be right with ya tomorrow trying to make it the best I can.

Life happens, you were on a great roll and you will get there agian, ya just need to push yourself a little bit and be ready:)restarting I find is always the hardest for the first few days and once you get over that hump it isnt so bad.

Youve been through alot:hug2:

I hear ya about the eating adn such. I have been exercising but not nardly eating anyhting or really eating healthy.I havent been taking care of myself either.

Lets start taking care of ourselves together ok:)

How are you doing? I just repped Sweetpea, thought I should tell you too, last week I went to a ice cream parlor with 72 flavors!!! Exciting. I was. haha Anywho it had a custard one and IDK I just thought of you two. (and I don't even know you) they had green tea too. Tooie Tooie.

Anyway, to all her peeps checking in on her. I know she's had some busy busy weeks.

She has been in contact with Laura and is keeping up with her on Facebook. I think she's so super excited about chatting with Laura she hasn't had a lot of extra time to pop-in over here.

I'll give her a ring and let her know that her peeps are checking in and wondering what's up with her!

Just like Sweetiepea said I have been extremely busy. Between the kids getting out of school and things getting busier at work due to summer getting here (we are opeining 12 new stores between now and August!)
and of course chatting/visiting with Laura I really haven't had a whole lot of time to pop in here.
I wish I could say that I held my own while I was "away". But that would be a total lie. Not only have I not held my own I have gained weight back........again.
I am back to 219. Again.
I wish I could say that there was a good reason but everything I would say would be nothing short of an excuse.
So to own up to it..........
I have just been LAZY!
Not with just no exercise but with the eating too. Just eating anything and everything and not glancing back.
Except now I HAVE to glance back since I can no longer fit into my size 18 jeans comfortably.
I actually had to wear a pair of my workout pants to work tonight.
Pathetic I know.
Beginning tomorrow I will be back to eating properly. The exercise will have to wait until Monday however as VBS starts tomorrow at church and I will have no time (really, this is not an excuse!) at all before I head off to work.
Stinks that I can't be there for the 1st nite of VBS. But between asking off work for Graduation (step-son) Laura's graduation party (I will pop on here on Monday and update on that front) and needing to have a 1/2 day off for the last Sunday of the month I have run out of time to use.
Again BIG Thanks to everyone who stopped in while I was absent.
I'm back and ready to roll!

Glad to hear you are not beating yourself up about it too much. Just get back to eating healthy and within a week or two it will feel like normal again. I'm convinced diet is more important than excercise for actual weight loss. Yeah, I know everyone knows this, I'm just saying I finally believe it. It doesn't matter how much I work out, if I am eating too much I just will not budge on weight. So you and me both this week, ok? I'm getting back to a caloric deficit of 500 to 1000 calories a day. Trying to get back to 1 to 2 lbs per week consistently. We can do it! :)
 
Hey Bella! Just stoppin by to see how things are going.. I think its great that you can be honest with yourself and everyone else about where you are at. We have to acknowlege our weakness in order to get strong. Just pick your cross back up.. you can do it! We are all in this together!

That's just what I needed to hear. :bigear:
I know for me that eating.....err more what I eat and how much of it, is what does the trick for me.
At the beginning of this whole thing I had lost 30 pounds just by reducing my calories alone! And I wasn't just cutting food out to get to a certain calorie number I was actually replacing the bad with good.
So going back to square one may just be what I need to do.
You and me both!
