Thanks Sweetiepea, Yarmiah and Kimberly for giving me such wonderful encouragement.
Special thanks to Sweetiepea for looking for me this morning at church to reinforce what she said here.
Last night was a veeeerrrry long night. I didn't get home until 4am and by the time I actually crawled into bed and fell asleep it was close to 4:30.
I had to get up at 8 this morning 'cuz I thought I had to teach the Preschool Sunday School class. Apparently there was someone else there to do it so I got lucky. In that I basically dropped my kids off at chuch and I came back home to sleep some more.
I have never done that in all the time that I have been working this weekend shift. Skipped church that is.
But I was soooo tired. I was able to get in a 2 hour nap. Woke up to the wonderful smells of my hubby fixing lunch. Chicken Fajita's no less!!! Yummy!
I weighed myself when I got up and I am .2 higher than my low weight.
So it would seem that counting the cals is the way for me to go.
As I tend to over estimate how much things are worth. Or rather I would underestimate things, then eat to much of something.
This week is going to be another busy one. Swim classes resume this week, Dh and I are going to go Steelhead fishing on Tuesday and my youngest's birthday is Thursday. Add into that the usual stuff around the house and my classes and you get an idea of just how busy it is around here.
Well I need to get heading to work.
