Guess who's the new Swim Instructor??!!! ME!!!
Ok,
So as the title says you can see that I got the job!
It was so funny 'cuz the interview was more like a welcome to the job thing with a few questions thrown in for an interview form that Cassi (new boss) had to fill out.
So here is my schedule......are you ready for this?........M & W 10am-10:30am.
YES YOU READ THAT RIGHT!!!!!

I only HAVE to work 1 hour a week! And for that one hour I will earn a whopping 12$ and get my membership FREE! Plus of course the extra added bonus of burning cals while I am swimming with the little tykes! And all the extra classes that were extra dollars to be in.........FREE! And if my kids are in something it is 1/2 price for them or if I am teaching their class they are FREE too!!! Man did I get a blessing with this job!
I can of course come in at any time to help the other instructors with their classes so in effect "earn" more money.
Dh was laughing so hard when I told him.

So the weekend itself was LOOOONNNNGGG!!!
Worked 12 hours on Friday, 11 hours on Saturday and yesterday 9 hours. But before I could leave work yesterday I had to renew my health ins and my W4 statements. So was still on the clock until 1am. So in all truthfullness I actually worked 10.5 hours on Sunday.
All that working in 3 days makes for one tired pup. As I got up early on Saturday to take my dd to the dentist. Dh can't stomach the dentist so was NOT going to be able to handle the drilling, so it was up to me.
Of course I get up early on Sunday to head off to church and with no time for a nap I was one grumpy monkey at work. So all in all I worked 33 1/2 hours in 3 days with about maybe 12 hours of sleep Friday night and Saturday night.
It is kinda funny that I have only been going to the Y for about a week and a half and I have already gotten used to working out every time I go in. So it felt really weird to walk in there this morning and NOT workout. Rob had told me that until I get my muscles used to the Pilates it would be best to not overload them twice in one day. So I will go back tonight for my class.
I still can't believe that I am actually in this class and ENJOYING it.
Could feel my muscles trying to work (abs, core) this weekend while I was at work. So I am totally looking forward to seeing some results in the next few weeks, inches wise.
I'm not nearly as hung-up on the scale like I was before. Don't get me wrong......I still like seeing the numbers go down but knowing that I am changing in other ways helps me to not be so fixated.
I'm planning on joining the Christmas Challenge. The Halloween Challenge has helped me so much that I have to believe joining the next one will only be better. I have lost a total of 13.2 pounds/1 size on the Halloween Challenge and hoping to be down a total of 15-20 pounds by Christmas. That would put me at 185 by Christmas. But as always as long as I am heading in a downward trend I am Okay with that.
Well I better get off of this thing. I got housework to do and need to start getting supper ready. We are having a Pork Loin Roast on the Rotiesser (spelling I know). It is so tasty that way. I am thinking of making some oven roasted taters and carrots to go along side. And maybe some homemade biscuits of which I will have only one.
So if I am going to get it all done than I better get to Crack~a~Lacken!
Catch ya all later!
