Being More Accountable To Myself!

Hey there everyone , boy we have a bunch of new people since i have been gone from here , I am still at a stand still stuck at 156. i am so ready to see some 40's even if its just 149.8 I am hoping to beable to this before November i want to be between 140 and 145 if at all possiable so let me see if i can go and get inspired by all of your diary's have a good night !
 
Here's what I had food wise today I had gotten out of the habit of not putting down what I have ate thru the day so I am going to try and start back now .

B-none
L lean micheals cheese pizza and a salad with FF honey dijon dressing
S- hand full of Honey bunches of O's
D - Grilled chicken salad /ff dressing , and a bowl of broccli
s- small bowl of Honey bunches of O's /2 % milk

Exercise unloaded a trailer load of wood 2x4 4x4 and such for are house we are building .

H2O - about 60 oz

sixteen pounds by November? That is so totally doable!!!! Let's do it together. I want to get this last 24 off like crazy!!

So what's your plan? Are you counting calories, points etc? Doing any exercise? Drinking your water?

Hey Scarlett , by the way I luv the name puts in mind of the ladies back in the day all prime and proper. Any way I am with you lets get this last few pounds off , Hey we cant help it if we are so darn luvable that they dont want to leave us ;) . But thats tuff i am banishing my fat from my body .
I had been doing the 1200 calorie diet and exercise when I can get it in , suppose to start next week going back to doing the Biggest loser DVD with Tina , that is a very good work out and think every one should have this DVD . Just with my daughter home from school I hate to do it because she laughs at me ,lol But I am going to put that behind me or just make her do it to . yep that sounds like a good plan make her sweat to , teach her to laugh at me . :p What are you doing and what is your goal weight . Mine is to be around 140 /145
Water wise I usually drink about 60 to 80 oz a day , I broke the diet coke habit a few months back .

L - kind of went with breakfast since it was late before I ate
S- piece of angel food cake with fat free whipped cream
D- ok heres the bad part - half of a road kill burrito :eek: and a few chips with salsa dip hey the dip part was good choice any way .

cant really say how much water but it was a lot

exercise - what exercise :confused:
 
Oh Yes Tell Heather She Is Doing It Monday Also I Didnt Know She Was Laughing And I Want To See If She Can Hang With Us Hehehehe So Tell Her Get Ready Monday And I Will Call And Stay On The Phone Speaker If I Have To Making Sure She Is Doing It Lol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good evening everyone Its been a busy day here . doing a little bit of this a little bit of that but nothing really .LOL does that make since . ok I am going to try and put down everything I had today but it might be hard lol

Ok for breakfast nothing which I know is not good
Lunch / dinner we went to the casino and ate . and they have everything you would just about want to eat on the buffet so here it is
sliced sweet potatoes cut up like french fries but wern't fried was baked I had a bunch of them . i had a half of a chicken fried steak with brown gravy on top and believe me half wasnt big . had to have a little bit of the lasgana . had something chinese but dont know the name of it but it was veggie and had some pudding bread with a little bit of sauce on it . i do know it was not really good for me but it was just a little bit of everything .
and for this evening since it was a late /early dinner i had a bowl of cereal .

So that was my destructive day . and i will warn you Sundays usually are for me . he whole weekend is really hard for me .
