Beginning @ 250 lbs

Hey, everyone!

I have been a member for a while now and I have been reading through all your amazing success stories. I have decided to start sharing my progress with all of you.

A little about myself... I went from 160 lbs to 250 lbs between 2005 and late 2009. When I found out I weighed 250 lbs I realized I had a HUGE problem and decided to do something about it.

My starting date was about the second week of January and I am down to 232 lbs. I'm just doing what I think makes sense. I have stopped eating fried foods and reduced sugars and carbs. I have almost completely stopped drinking soda including diet coke. It's just the beginning but I already feel much better.
 
Hey, I'm back again. It's been a while and I have not had any major changes but I'm here for more inspiration and support. I am getting back on track, the good part is that I have not gained any weight since I was here last. I had been down to 228 lbs but went up to 236 lbs for a brief time. I am now 225 lbs but I fit in smaller shirts and pants. I just went in for new uniforms and fit into XL shirts, I could hardly button XL in Nov 2009 at 232 lbs.

I will do before and after pics when my uniforms are ready. They are a perfect reference because I took a pic of my self at 230 lbs on my first day at work around March 2010.
