I Thought I would put an Example of a High Intensity Resistance training workout up for beginners looking to give it try .
A Full Body Workout Would generally look like this .
BW - Body Weight / BB - BARBELL / ALT - Alternating
TRI SET
BW Close Grip Push up
BW Inverted Row
BW Front Squat
COMPLETE ALL 3 EXERCISES IN A ROW THEN TAKE 1 MINUTES REST AND REPEAT 4 TIMES IF POOSIBLE
TRI SET
BB Kneeling Press
Assisted Chin ups
BW Alt Step ups
COMPLETE ALL 3 EXERCISES IN A ROW THEN TAKE 1 MINUTES REST AND REPEAT 4 TIMES IF POOSIBLE
There are many adaptions you can make to these exercises . Example if a normal push up is to hard then go onto your knees.
If you want to still do you a bit of "cardio" at the end then feel free. I would advise a little interval training. 20 Seconds walking 10 seconds jogging/sprinting for 8-10 mins if possible .
