I read on some other articles that if you dont work out your lower body it causes all sorts of problems is that really true?
Muscle imbalances and joint issues, as well as limited growth to the upper body. Plus you'll just look like an idiot and be more or less completely non-functional. The biggest guys in the gym squat. Period.

K thanks for letting me know also for the Waterbury Method and Art of Waterbury those equally train all body parts?

Hey TH1, I’m sort of in the same predicament and also I’m 15 I don’t actually know my body fat % but I’ve got about 1cm of fat covering my abs and was wondering before I do any weight training do I have to get rid of that fat first or can the cardio training co-inside with my weight training. I would like to exercise every day but I’ve heard that rest days are needed is that just for weight training or does it apply for cardio training? I devised this plan my self is it any good?

Monday:
Full body workout using dumbbells, barbells, bench,
All of the exercises were taken from (chose one of each catorgory)
All of the exercises are compound
And I would spend about 2 hours on this

Tuesday:
Rest

Wednesday:
Cardio I don’t know much about this so I may get confused
Hiit on the bike for 40 minutes
Hiit on the treadmill for 40 minutes
Not sure what else to do

Thursday:
Same as Monday

Friday:
Rest

Saturday:
Same as Wednesday

Sunday:
Same as Monday

This may be totally wrong and if so be critical as I want to get it right, and also my terminology may be wrong so correct me on that as well any advice would be appreciated.

I dont know that much about weight training but you might be spending too much time if your taking 2 hours also it is best to use a premade routine instead of making one yourself you can get some from others by just posting around

thanks ill read into that its better for me to get it right first rather than wasting my time.
