Hi. I hope to update this every month with new pictures. my current weight is 225lbs. My target weight is 140lbs so i got about 85 to lose. i plan to do this by excercising and eating 1000 calories a day, and not after 6pm. I hope to achieve my target by the end of july and wear a bikini this summer. i got some before pictures.... wish me luck guys (i cant belive how fat i am!)

Heya's welcome and goodluck!! Nice goal I to want to look great in
a tankini for this summer instead of the usual granny suites or shorts

Welcome and best of luck to you and your fitness goals. 1000 calories a day is VERY low and eating after 6pm is fine as long is what you are eating fits into your eating plan.

I'd have to agree with everyone else who has mentioned it, 1000 calories a day is really low. Your body needs calories to function, and without enough, it won't burn the excess calories you have.

If you lose muscle, your body won't burn as many calories.

There's a fine line.

You might consider checking out or and look at what a sensible diet approach is offered. Either one is a good place to start :)
