These are going to be my official before shots...on my oficial day one. This is the first bathing suite i buy in YEARS (spent highschool beach days in a tshirt and shorts on the beach) and of course the shorts shrink in the dryer to make me that much more unhappy in a bathing suite lol!

Hey good luck!

I remember taking my before pictures, nearly a year ago now, and it gave me so much motivation to track my progress.

I wish the same luck for you!

oh I really hate before pictures or any pictures of myself.. ^^;

really brave of you ! good luck and let us know of any progress :)

Way to go Summer, I know it's difficult, I don't think people should ever tell someone that they don't have much weight to lose, because it's weight to them, and it's tough!

You're on the right track. I know you can do it!!:driving:

I am soo excited for you!!

well Gees i am sorry i must have worded it all wrong for for ya, i simply meant you can reach your goal in no time, just like you running goal. as long as you set your mind to it you can do it, yeah i have 51.5 more lbs to lose and when i think about it, no it's not all that much to lose because i am determined to lose it. shes got a great body now and with her workout and diet she is gonna look even greater.

Gotta agree with matt. These pictures, no matter how you look or feel about them will be a great motivation. I know mine are. And after some time when you drop some weight and take new pictures, and you place them next to your beginning pictures. It will motivate you even more with the progress you will see.

I know for me, every time I looked into a mirror I really couldn't see any change. Until I took some new pictures and it was then I seen the difference. At that time it really made me feel like I was accomplishing what I set out to do.

You can do this!! Have faith in yourself and you will be amazed how strong and motivated you can be. Even if you slip from time to time, get back on the saddle and keep on riding!!

I could see your prerogative afterwards, mine was based on getting a statement exactly like that a few hours b4 and than seeing it again on this thread.

It was just a trigger for me I guess, and I was only stating my opinion as you were with yours, it wasn't intended to jump all over you. ;) --in fact it wasn't even meant for you.
