"Before" Pictures

Ok these are my "before" pictures. My goal is to drop to 130 or 125 pounds and to bulk up in muscle mass (I'm 16 years old and I'm 5'10''). In the pictures I am 144 pounds. I go to the weightroom after school 5 days a week.

Do you think there would be a way for me to drop to 125? I already know I can definitely hit 130. If you have some tips that would be great. Also, I need to get bigger and stronger, does anyone have some tips for me on that too?

Id gain some more weight and then you wont have to look so scrawny when your all cut up.
 
I'd bulk first. You really think you need to lose 20 lbs? I think you can bulk for a few months and then worry about fat.
 
You dont need to lose any weight. Start bulking and gaining muscle then afterwards cut away the fat. If you cut away the fat now youll end up looking like a stick, you dont want that
 
I agree, I think you may be better served if you put on some lean tissue weight.

In addition, I suggest to start your own journal. In your journal you could impart your diet, training, and ask questions. In addition alot of eyes see these journals and I believe you would get alot of assistance.
