((UPDATE))
May 27, 2008- Thanks for the support everyone! As of last April(2007) I have lost 25 pounds to date. I only have 28 more pounds to lose to be at my goal weight of 130 pounds. I am still using the Gazelle as my main form of exercise and doing Weight Watchers online for diet support. For about 6 months I got off track when I started my new job, but now I am back on track and reaching my goal by the end of this year! Since starting W.W. this month I have already lost 8 pounds. So, here is a new pic of me-inbetween! Good luck to everyone and thank you again for the support, it makes it so much easier!
Original post:Hi there! Im Stacy, Im new here. I started my new lifestyle about 3 weeks ago, and I am doing pretty good so far. I guess I know now that I really am capable of doing this. I am being very simple with my plan. Cutting 500 Calories a day, and burning 500 a day. That will give me a weight loss of 2 pounds per week. I use Slim Fast to curve my hunger for breakfast. Its been successful so far.
So here are my before pictures. I will post In Between pictures when I lose 15 pounds!

After 3 weeks:
My face has gotten skinnier and my arms and neck. I am able to wear some shorts that didnt fit, yay!
