Before Pictures for Jinkmeinster

Since I started college 4 years ago I have steadily gained weight. I didn't realize it until I started looking at my pictures, and became shocked because I didn't even recognize myself. I'm graduating this coming June and off I go into the real world.

I decided once and for all that I want to change my lifestyle. No more junk food while cramming for exams, gigantic burritos from chipotle, and buffets (that's hard b/c I live in Las Vegas). All gone the hours sitting on my butt playing World of Warcraft. I'm replacing all these things with the paleodiet, daily exercise routine, and taking my dogs for hikes.

I'm glad I found this community, it really has inspired me to change my lifestyle. I just want to thank all of you for helping me realize that losing weight isn't impossible. :) I can't wait to post inbetween pictures.

Stats:
Age:24
Height: 4'11
Weight:159

Here are my before pictures.

Jinkmeinster,
You are a pretty girl, you are smart to start this journey before you graduate. I just graduated from college 2 years ago, weighing slightly less than I do now, I don't even like looking at my graduation pictures. Do you go to UNLV? I went to UNLV back in the old days, I think in 1989ish.

Thank you for the kind words. I'm really excited about starting this journey, and I wish you the best for yours.

You're a fellow Rebel also! Yes I do go to UNLV. Have you been on campus lately? They have built so many beautiful buildings since I started. It's a huge campus now. I really love going to college here. I'm a little sad I have to leave it in a few months.

its good to realize a healthy life style is needed at such a young age. it will definitely help in the transformation. good luck.

ah you are so pretty and i totally think we have the same dress just in different colors (the picture before last) :) good luck on your journey! ;-)

you are really pretty! I'm glad you've decided to make these good changes. Life really just sneaks up on ya sometimes...2 years of living with two men and drinking beer and eating fast food all the time and one day I woke up "WHOA!" haha, and you will not just look better but feel 10x better...Im still human and every now and then I get drunk or eat a bunch of junk now I just feel horrible and that little reminder helps me stay on track with the healthy plan when I slip up:p good luck on your journey!

heya my sster lived in vegas for awhile, she's lost somewhere around 180 pounds in newyork, vegas, utah, oregon, but apparently in vegas she just ran ALOT. newyork was harder though
