Before picture-160lbs

I just found this site tonight. I thought it would be nice to join because it looks motivating. My husband has been in Iraq since November of 06. I lost about 15 lbs before he came back for leave in April. Ofcourse when he went back I went off my diet and stopped working out so I'm back up to 160 again. I'm 5'8" so 160 doesn't look like a lot of weight on me, but I hate being such a high number. Anyway, my goal is 130 before my husband comes back in December, that's 5 months. I'm good at losing weight so it won't be too hard. I guess this is just for a little bit of extra motivation.

This is me during my husband's leave at 145 lbs.

This is me at 160 lbs. I seem to gain in the ass mostly. Haha.

I'm glad you have set a realistic goal for yourself.

Good luck with everything and hopefully you achieve your goal.

you are absolutely lovely...

don't fret so much about the number - as long as you feel good about what you see in the mirror - only your doctor and you ever have to know what the actual number is :D

Personally I think you look great. The number on the scale is high. Big whoop!?

Go by the image in the mirror. If you're not happy with that..... then take action.

If you're happy, be content and don't let a number rule your world.

If I were 500 lbs but looked and felt how I do today.... I'd be happy as a clam.

ETA: Mal beat me to it.

Congratulations on your decision to improve your looks. But hold on a minute here...

I am not in anyway trying to discourage you with the comments that will follow... I don't think I've even made a post yet on these forums but this requires one methinks. But I was not always fat, and back in "The Day" I consider myself to have had (and still have) good taste in women.

So I gotta ask... why in the world would you want to get rid of that BADONKADONK :jump:

Amber you look great, and what part of alaska are you in if you dont mind me asking I lived in Seward for 3 years

ummm, that pic is blurry.. lol

you should post a new one of ur butt! heheheh

you look amazing still, but do what will make you happy and healthy!
