Before pics (UNDERWARE PHOTOS BWARE!)

I'm really embarrased to post these.. but I thought since everyone else, why not?

I feel so ashamed to look at these pics. I mean this is the most heavy I've been, and I hate it.

I've been on my diet now for almost a week. And I can feel a difference. I feel more fresh and I don't eat as much.

I'll post progress pictures in a months time.

Sorry for you guys having to look at these LOL.
But just remember that I have to look at this EVERYDAY.
 
Bravo for you being brave enough to put everything out there and on the line. Sure looking at photos of yourself in this shape is hard but, it'll help you get to where you need to be.

Stay on track and you can do it. You can change your life. Best of luck to you on your journey.

We can do it!!

Its been a week for me too!! I'm really scared of failure, Im just sick of being out of breath( out of shape in general) and not being able to buy the cute clothes I always want. Keep me informed.

I felt bad today. I went over my carbs amount cause it was heaps busy at work, cause I woke at a theme park lol
So yeah.. felt like I was gonna faint so I ate two sausge rolls without the pasty.. so just the meat
i dont think it had that many carbs.. like the meat. But still.

I'm weighing myself for the first time on this monday to see if i lost anything
 
HI again:)

I'm tring not to look at the scale all the time,but its a hard feat to follow, I really want to get into an exercise routine,but of course its just a matter of pushing my self. I'm starting with 10% goals which seems to have me more focused,so 18lbs to start. not looking to lose 5lbs a week,just want to go slow and steady I guess the right way of 1-3lbs a week. I go by the rule that if I ate something that I feel bad about I must put the time in to exercise for it and then I feel better:)

Hey you are very brave and certainly very determined to lose weight. That means you will 100% succeed. You might be not happy with these pictures but I promise you they will become valuable as soon as you see the first differences. Please never give up even if there are some set backs on the way. :)
 
It takes a lot of COURAGE to post on the forum and be honest, let alone post photos. I think this is proof of your commitment, dear. I also think this will help motivate you when you have this visual image to refer to. Also, won't it be grande to compare this photo to the one you will take in 3 months or so when you can see a real difference in the progress you will have made?!

I didn't have the courage to post my picture(it's in my diary, not here) for weeks. I'm coming up to 90 days of my journey and will post a picture to compare. You may want to take your measurements too, as a tool to help track your progress. Don't rely solely on a scale as that can be disappointing at time when there are slight fluctuation and not always a lower number.

So congratz to you hun! Keep fighting the fight, take it one day at a time, and dont ever give up!

Well 2.5 kg in a week for me is an awesome effort. I think thats like around 5-6 pounds, not sure!

But in 3 weeks I'll take new photos.. hoping to have lost 10 kilos by then.

Well I'm happy to give you support! Cause atm I'm on a roll! Like I'm so serious about losing this weight. I've never felt like this.
I usually give up on the first day, and it's nearly been two weeks now =D
 
you are very cute and remind me a lot of myself at that age....I was always depressed about my weight. Now I dont dwell on it but it ticks me off especially as I was the best Id ever been in my entire life about 6 years ago at the age of 37.

Try weight watchers and see if you can learn more about making healthy food choices. I used to work out a lot too, exercise is the key.

Not a fan of weight watchers lol
Maybe when I reach my goal for 60 kg, I might.
Because I can't stick to Atkins forever LOL.
