Before pics! determined to lose 60 pounds :)

My starting weight is 163.2. I am leaving for a cruise on june 30th and im soo determined to lose weight. Ive tried and failed many times t lose weight but I have also been successful before going from 174 lbs to 115 lbs which i maintained for about 3 years before i started to let food and depression control my life. but i really want to do this to be in great shape and to inspie people the way i have been inspired by people on this site. ill take pictures weekly to track my progress! I probably wont post more pics until the weight loss becomes very noticeable. have a good day everyone :)

@mrlove your definitely right 60 pounds is too exteme. I honestly think may natural body weight is around 126 because without exercising yet eating healthy for the most part that is what I weiged for a long while. even then I was skinny but not toned. I wanna be toned this time so I look good in the bikini. So, I basically am dietermined to lose whatever amount it takes to look toned and nice shape
 
You want to lose 60lbs!?

GIRL You look amazing as it is! I think a lot of you 'weight' is in your chest as of being a woman haha!
Don;t go crazy, just do what you feel happy with! x
 
haha thankss... the weight extra weight is just uncomfortable to carry especially the chest. I am realizing through reading on the forum i shouldn't even worry about the scale or how much pounds to lose. I am just work hard either way i wont be disappointed as long as I improve!
 
aww thanks! and you look much smaller than me!! how tall are you and do you have a goal weight in mind???

Haha you're welcome and I'm 5'5 and my goal weight (current one!) is 155, because at that I would be in a healthy BMI, and I weighed in this morning at 158 so I'm pretty excited :) But yeah a great place to start is checking out your BMI so you know what is considered healthy.
 
How tall are you? I would also say that you probably only have 30 lbs or so to lose. You should be able to accomplish that before your cruise. Just stay committed and you can do it!
 
I'm 5'5" and I decided that I am not even going to weig myself through this whole journey. I actually just started focusing on eating healthy and exercising on Jan 1 2011. in the end all that matters is that I look the way I want and with the work I'm putting in I'm sure ill get there! No worries :)
 
That bathing suit is super cute! You look really good! What I would do for 2 more inches of height lol I gain 5 pounds and I know some articles of clothing will be unwearable.. which is why after gaining 35 pounds I literally only had 2 pants and baggy shirts that I could wear :(

Hows the weightloss going?
 
ugh I started over yet again! The 1st of this month I started exercising daily and drinking plenty of water without junkfood. I kno this plan will work without fail as long as I stay patient! Thanks 4 the compliments! I love that bathing suit also! Can't wait until i feel better in it
 
Yeah its 4 months til June and then how many ever days to your cruise so I totally think it doable to lose a good portion of weight by then! Then its pretty much the summer which means more great things to do to stay active and keep on chugging along with a healthy lifestyle :)

You can do it!
