Before pics... also, advice needed...!

Girl,ou're very tall, that is the PERFECT weight for you, if you get any thinner you'll appear anorexic.

you look pretty fine...i'd say you can accomplish your goals through healthy eating (which you probably do already) and a toning regimen. I nth the personal trainer advice. I know they can be expensive, but even a session or two can help you get some ideas and get moving in the right direction. Most personal trainers, if you tell them you want just one or two sessions, will help you with whatever you need in that timeframe ie, a workout plan vs some long term personal training regimen.
 
As far as I know, not really. When I lost weight, I worked out my whole body and it just sort of naturally slimmed my face along with it.

Now, I feel I need to say something else.

Please don't take offense to this; I truly mean no harm by it and only say it to try to help you out. You are at a normal, healthy weight, and when those of us who frequent these forums look at your pictures, we don't see the "huge ass" and "face fat" you say you have. I think you may have some body issues that we aren't necessarily equipped to deal with. You might consider getting someone to talk to about it.

The weight isnt the problem as everyone has pointed out with the BMI thing, however being honest, yeah you could shape up the thighs with some muscle at the gym and loose some fat off your butt. Which would keep you at the same weight you are (the normal weight) but give you the figure you want :)
And no im not saying you are fat at all either lol. just needing to tone and shape. Try some walking lunges and other similar exercises which will shape up your legs and butt nicely!
