"Before" pic taken today, need advice

I used to be fine but this is how I've gotten in the past year. I'm 5'7" 150lbs. My goal weight is 130. What should I do to tone up this tummy? I need specifics (what kind of workout, how many reps, etc.) I'm trying to both shed pounds and tone up my abs. What's some good cardio for me? What kind of diet should I be on? Any advice to any of my problems will be appreciated!

Look at me! I have absolutely NO SHAPE. I'm pudgy, too. :(

well first of all, welcome to the forum and congrats on taking that first step.

You will need to go through many of the articles about proper diet, workout routines, etc.

Everyone has different bodies and different shapes, you can't compare yourself to anyone else. Just yourself.

Find yourself a good work out routine from the threads. If you can Join a gym and hire a PT there, it will run a few $$$ but it will be worth it, they can help out with exercise and diet, give you some solid advice.
