Ok so im putting a pic here just to keep myself motivated, in the past 3 years i have had 2 children and it is definately time to get rid of the jelly belly i got after my pregnancies. I would love to be able to wear something like in the pic and feel good wearing it hence why i took a pic in it now. Im looking to lose around 10kgs and tone everywhere up.

Good luck to you. I like the idea of working your way into a goal outfit. Just be sure you mentally prepare yourself for maintenance once you reach said goal.

Any ideas on a plan of attack?
 
Thanks Steve, and once i get to where i want to be i definately plan on keeping it that way. Im just really hoping with hard work i can shift the belly.

Im cleaning up my diet, more salads, veges, plenty of red meat, protein shakes etc. Try and not skip any meals. No diet plan as such yet but its being worked on.
Im in the gym 3-4 times a week doing atleast 30 mins cardio, some interval training and then weights (which i love :D) but keeping that at high reps.
Taking my kids and dogs out for regular walks and im going to start doing some work on my core everyday at home.

Im hoping to see some results in the next 3 months to keep me heading towards my goal :D
