Uh... im not dietician but i think its bad. Pretty much a bit of protein in the beans, and cheese, the rest is fat and the kind of carbs that burn real fast and make you feel really hungry real soon. In other words... if you ate this after, your workout was for nothing... if you eat this before, you will need to burn calories for about 2 hours to make up for it. Avoid it or eat in small doses during the day. Ideally, potatoes are used by bodybuilders who have been dieting down for a competition and have had zero carbs for a few weeks, they time it so that about 3 days out from the competion, they load up on potatoes... practically gorging on them and the muscles just baloon up for about a day or two. The time has to be right for this to work as a day later, the muscles flatten again and look soft. Just what i know... it may not be right.
