hey there,
Hope you all are doing good and also a good xmas and new year. I'm now 16, attending college and have grown alot of knowlege about weight loss but here's the big suprise I've infact gained weight @_@. I'm now hovering over 14st which is terrible for a 16 year old female!

I want to come back on here to get moral support, simply because my parents lack in that stuff. They don't know what it's like to be fat lol so yeah basically I'm screwed.

Hopefully my older sister Emma (21) will come to the gym with me 2 times a week because I hate going by myself.

My ultimate goal weight is:
Lose 50-60lbs in one year. That's more than enough time! But don't worry before you all yell at me I know it's a slow proccess, I just hope I can keep my motivation up.

Support is wanted! If you want my MSN to keep track with each other just give me a PM and I'll be more than happy to share!

Here's an image of me the last time I logged in:

Images of me now:

My mum says it looks like I've lost weight, well ... the doctors scales and my BMI says different lol.

Support is wanted from either male or female!

Feel free to comment on this post & pics!

HEY girlie!!! GREAT JOB!! I can definitely see the progress in your cheek bones!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!! YOU CAN DO THIS & will be at goal in no time!!!

WOOOHOOO!!

Good luck girlie!! We can do this! :D Of course it's going to take time... That is always what i'm thinking about too. My goal is the same as yours, 60 pounds in a year. A year! As someone has recently told me, think about last year. How fast that went?! Pretty soon it'll be another year down and we'll be 60 pounds lighter!!

I'll always be here for you if you want to chat. :)

Thanks Michelly! =)
After making this post I'm thinking of moving out from home for a few months because staying here isn't helping my weight-loss at all lol. My mum and dad are both slim and so is the rest of my family so they have no idea what it's like for me and they just don't care lol.

If I live with a different relative or even by myself I can get on track with my weight-loss. But still thinking about it!

And btw I saw your picture and I think you're stunning the way you are! ;O But also hope all goes well with the weight loss hun.

Ahh...the temptations. I also live with "corruptors", as I like to call them. But I always feel a little bit better when I stick to my guns and don't fall into their lifestyle or food pressures. It can be a tough world out there! Fortunately, my family also struggles with weight loss so i know they can relate to me. But, they aren't the best supporters either, no matter how hard they try.

I guess my point is... I know you can do this without moving out. It may be easier if you do move out, but it may make other (more important things) more difficult. So what's the use of making one thing easier and another harder? lol.

Either way... you will be able to do it!

You are also very gorgeous just the way you are. :)

It can be so easy to get discouraged, but I think you can do it, even while living at home! Have you tried really telling your family how important these goals are to you? Assert yourself and be strong. Even if it means not having meals with the family for awhile (making your own separate food if they refuse to cook healthy, etc.) just plain old say that this is for yourself and it's needed. Also, you might want to talk to them about the health aspect. Even if they aren't overweight, having a less than healthy lifestyle can catch up with them in other ways. Maybe you could propose the whole family go on a health regimen together. If they still refuse, stick to your guns. Work out, eat the right foods despite what they put on the table, and prove to them that this is something you need to do. I must say that I've had an easier time losing now that I don't live at home, but trying to support yourself while attending college is so hard, I wish I'd stayed at home until I was finished because now I'm 26 and I'm STILL trying to finish my degree (I have to go when I can afford it, and only part time since I have to work full time). But I didn't start college til I was 19 (which is pretty standard in the US). Does your school have a fitness program or gym of any kind? If they do, hit it hard. Take advantage of any and all resources you have. Find friends that are into fitness and health, too. Hanging out with people who have similar goals can really help facilitate your own. Good luck, girl, and stick with it! Also, you're an Amy too! :) Go Amys! haha

Also, you are very pretty! You're a brunette with blue eyes like me...we're so hot lol :)
