You are SUCH an inspiration! Truly! I went to your website, and I realized my plan is basically to do the same thing you did. It's the only thing that's ever worked! I'm getting a membership to the gym and will make it a requirement for myself to go everyday. Your calorie calculator on there is great as well! It helped me realize what I should expect. I've already lost about 14 pounds in 2 weeks. I hope that I can see great results like you have. =D

wow with 14lb gone already you are well on your way :)

I cant take credit for the calculator - i got it off some other site and edited it to get rid of crap and put more stuff in. I just find it really handy though.
 
I tried to visit her site and I got distracted with all the Linux info and PHP code LOL relized I clicked on the debian page and not the weight lose one :p But ya your weight loss site has great info. thanks :)

Hehe im growing mine out atm, but i think im done with dyeing it. Blonde is better but the money spent is going into a bank acct set up especially for surgery to remove the excess skin :/
 
INSANE weight loss!! It's unbelievable how awesome you look now, and how younger! In the last pic of the video, I'd say you don't look a day over 19, it's a tremendous change, CONGRATS!

My 16yo son will like that ! Yeah lots of people say i look younger - until i smile and you see the wrinkles lol. I *feel* younger though, seriously. I feel like im in my 20s - maybe 10 years younger than i am!
 
can i ask, what did you find to be, in your opinion, your most effective form of exercise??

i know they're each more effective in their own way, but which did you sustain for the longest/not get sick of etc etc???

i'm wondering if its possible to go the whole way without too much variation...

Dude i might be almost there, but i still struggle to loose sometimes. I still binge at times and still have the same problems i had when i started. You just get a litle better at dealing with em :)
