I started my journey in September 2006. I lost about 40lbs from September 2006- May 2007. Then over the summer I did not have a gym membership and was to lazy to workout. So I gained 38lbs back. My big problem was that when I started in September I did not change my eating habits, I just started working out like crazy. So when I started this February I changed my eating habits and I have been working out. I have lost 23. It just fell off. I started out at 196 and my goal is 135. I am at 173 right now.

Me and my boyfriend in September 2006 (About 195lbs)

I will try to get some up to date pictures soon, because I defianately don't look like that anymore. haha Any suggestions or helpful tips wouold be great.

you are gorgeous...

and the boyfriend's a pretty tasty looking bit of beefcake too :) cute couple you make..

Please be careful about wanting to lose 43 more pounds -granted you see yourself nekkid and we dont.. but you really don't look like you've got 43 more pounds to lose without looking too skinny.. you look healthy and fit now... No one sees your number but you and your doctor -so don't focus so much on the scale number.

Oh eyah and welcome to the forum

Hello and Welcome!
Changing your food intake is a great start. I say this a lot but drink lots of water
When your starting remember to really watch what you eat, and once you eat drink water
I started out by fasting for 3 days for the "toxins" to leave my body. I don't recommend you do this but I've done it before so it was sort of easy for me
I just recently (Monday) started jogging and I'll be doing some arm weights and I'll be using my weight ball soon.
Just start slowly and don't push yourself too much, it takes time

you look great a lot thiner than 159lbs, just wondering how tall you are?

P.S tasty boyfriend. you look so good together

MoeJane06 you look so gorgeous! Good for you... keep up the great work.. I hope I can start to reach my goals like you.

Very beautiful in all the pics, the befores too! Good luck with the rest of this journey. How did you structure your diet to accommodate permanent weight loss this time?
