Greetings All! So my story is I was really fat and I didn't know it until I saw a horrible picture of myself. Last March 2010 I decided to start working out. I worked out 4 days a well and ate very healthy as in about 1300 cal a day of healthy unprocessed food choices. This lasted for about 3-4 months. I slowed down on it for about 3 months because I moved to a different state. Then I went healthy (clean/straight) for another 4-5 months and lost more weight which is the in between that I'm at. My goal is a size 6/7 and my height is 5'9. I started at a 16/18. I'm currently at a 9/10. Give me all feedback you would like to. Thanks. This is a struggle and I'm back focused on it. I want to live my life eating healthy but sometimes being social ruins it.
