Before..In between...->

Greetings All! So my story is I was really fat and I didn't know it until I saw a horrible picture of myself. Last March 2010 I decided to start working out. I worked out 4 days a well and ate very healthy as in about 1300 cal a day of healthy unprocessed food choices. This lasted for about 3-4 months. I slowed down on it for about 3 months because I moved to a different state. Then I went healthy (clean/straight) for another 4-5 months and lost more weight which is the in between that I'm at. My goal is a size 6/7 and my height is 5'9. I started at a 16/18. I'm currently at a 9/10. Give me all feedback you would like to. Thanks. This is a struggle and I'm back focused on it. I want to live my life eating healthy but sometimes being social ruins it.
 
Awesome work! I totally understand the being social aspect of trying to stay on track with your food choices. It's so easy to fall back into bad habits. I've got a pair of size 8 pants (the smallest I've ever been) that I'll periodically try on to make sure I can still get into them. If they're snug I know I have to really keep track of what I'm putting in my mouth. Congratulations on your success so far and good luck with the rest of your journey!

Aww thank you gals/ guys so much. It means so much to me really. I'm actually back on my healthy eating lifestyle with this next goal being in 3 months. I'm tall 5'9 so I'm focusing on losing my stomach more and tonight my arms more. I'd like to be normal sized but very toned and at a size 6/7 so i'll keep up with my updates. If anybody has any suggestions for toning ONLY from the android market (cell phone) so I can keep look at it on my phone while I'm working out. That would be awesome! Thanks.

You can totally do it, Krissy. REALLY. You have such a great form, that a little persistence and some muscle confusion could warp you to where you want to be. A couple minutes before I was typing this, I couldn't believe that I am actually seeing some Guns ;) LOL!! Let's get it, girl!! We got this!!! I'm following a 90 day program right now, and you?
 
Great job so far, keep it up!

A good way to get toned while losing weight is lifting weights. This will help maintain or preserve muscle mass (you will lose muscle mass as you lose weight though, you lose both fat and muscle when losing weight, but it will help preserve or maintain more than what you'd lose without weight training). I did this and it worked well for me.
