Hi guys. I'm a 29 year old woman. 5 feet tall, Used to be 140 lbs, currently 122.

You look great! I only wish I looked as good as you do! wow, like you have the skinny girl belly button and everything! I still have the horizontal belly button haha. You have a GREAT shape already. Do you have any suggestions as to how I might get to where you are? I have some threads posted with pics at the moment and I'd appreciate your feedback and support! You're doing awesome! You sound like a very dedicated person and the results show!

You look great and all the work definitely shows! You'll reach your goals soon enough if you stick with it. :)

Oh yea, nice to see another fellow P90X user! Keep bringing it everyday! :D

Thanks. I was working hard at working out before, and then I have to be honest, I grew lazy and stopped. I'm trying to start up again and get even leaner. Trust me these pics can be deceiving.... My bottom half is not good. I wish I could get rid of it, and hope that it happens one day. But thank you.
I am sure you look amazing yourself, try not to be hard on yourself.

Um, really I just worked out at least 5 days a week, and did P90x. I love it, however, I notice if I am tired and weak from either not eating enough, or just plain tired, it is hard for me to do the workouts. Maybe look into that. Otherwise, just make sure you do weight training with cardio/ everyother day type thing. Muscle confusion is key.

Nice to see another P90x'r. It's a hard program, I struggle daily with it. Just trying to stay positive. Any advice??

I don't think I can offer you much more advice than what they tell you in the videos. Just do your best and forget the rest...and bring it everyday! I had never been so sore in my entire life after that first week...but things get better and easier. So try to watch your improvements for the various exercises, that always helped me. I remember the first time I could get through Ab Ribber X completely for the first time, was an awesome feeling! Same way with Plyometrics. They'll get easier...er actually, you're just getting stronger, better, and badder at them! :D

LOL Thanks hun. I am trying...... now if I could lose the outer line, and get some inner lines that would be great. LOL

WOOOW! You look amazing!! :0 I'm currently at what used to be your starting weight.. But I am 5'3! I'm wanting to drop down to 115 pounds as well! Just wondering, what kind of food have you been eating to lose the pounds?

^ Thank you.

Can I say something.... I think 115 on you, being that you are 5'3 is a tad small. I mean if that's your goal, I wish you the best, but think about that.
115 for me at 5 feet tall is still even a tad "bigger" than most. But oh well.

It's hard for me to find things to eat to be honest.
Yogurt alot, protein powder, 100 calorie breads, with turkey and avocado. Chicken such on.....
