Before in between and after girl!

well as motivation I am showing a picture of how I looked at 160ish. I was getting close to 170 and I have such a small frame it was awful.. I am never going back.

now I weight 150 and hopefully I´ll share pictures of you in my 140s very soon!

Good luck with your journey. What did you do to lose? You look very confident. Cool style... How tall are you?

thank you! I didn't eat a lot, started taking chlorophyll and I exercised 5 days a week in a curves gym.
it wasn't hard at all but it did take around 3, 4 months because it wasn't a diet per se.
oh and I am 5'2 :eek:

this is ground zero- you could say.

I've never done this in my LIFE and it is so darn hard. these are the photos that I quickly erase and pretend don't exist, lol
these are from today, day 2-of my first week of diet. I won't post photos every day as you can't tell the difference in such short time but I will do so every 3 weeks.
the photos won't be in color until I reach my dream weight. I am such a dramatic




yup that's my belly.
I am very hippy and not in the cheerful love and peace way.
you can notice my pear shape on those photos, thanks to that I've never had a lot of fat on front but I have big thighs, hip and butt-- latina after all.

for some reason, I don't know if it is because I feel motivated I don't feel as bad sharing these photos.
 
:) most of us girls have curves, heh we're meant to for the very obvious reason.. am the same height and used to be 150 lbs too a few years ago and still got a big butt!..but I think if anywhere I prefer having the "meat" there ;) and pear shapes are really pretty, am pear too, balanced and quite easy to maintain? as in you don't have to be stick thin to look good. Although I wouldn't mind a bit more up "there"...

yes I do like having curves I just want to take the ''excess'' away. but I never aim to be super skinny, I don't think I have the complexion for it.
I wouldn't mind having more in the up department either! I am an A cup, but that kind of helps me not look that chubby. xoxo!
