AHello Everyone,
I have been coming on this site on and off for the last year finding motivation for myself and have been hoping that I could get good results. At my highest weight I was 245 pounds, I couldn't believe it! Today after following a diet and working out on and off with loosing weight and gaining it back and loosing it again I am now 170 pounds. I have about 30- 35 more pounds to loose. I want to be in between 135 and 140. However, I am 5'9 and am bigger boned so if I start to look too boney and un healthy than I will stop.
So here's the beginning..... Around 245 pounds!
And here's me today at 170, excuse my stretchy skin on my tummy!
