Hello all!
I've decided to create this thread for extra motivation, just to reserve a spot on the 'wall of fame' when I finally get there. Right now, I have pictures worthy of the 'wall of shame', but I will get there this time! I believe it so much, I'm creating this thread just for my before pictures (for now). My halfway goal is around the new year, so when I reach 187 lbs I will post pictures then. Finally when I reach 130 (or the point where I'm satisfied) I will post my afters! (Hopefully to be reached by July 2009) I will post in this thread when I have an update.
NOW Taken today (May 9th 2008)... Me before at 245 pounds. Heaviest ever, determined not to let it get any farther! Doing serious excersize this time, and taking a new diet approach...

(My hair is usually white but it was pretty wet when I took these)

Just to let everyone know here are my stats:
Age: 19
Height: 5'9'' - 5'10''
Waist: 42.5
Weight: 245 lbs
Pants Size: 18 - 20
Lowest Weight (at height): 170 lbs at age 16
Goal weight: 130
Pounds to lose: 115
NEW Way to lose the weight: Count calories--With healthier foods.
Old way attempted to lose weight: Atkins Low Carb
NEW excersize routine: Bicycling, Elliptical, Stretching, Jump Rope, Strength training using my own body weight, and playing sports/outdoor games with my boyfriend/family.
Old excersize routine: Elliptical once a day for 40 mins. (Did well, but I'm going to push it further this time!)
How am I going to stick to it this time: Feeling a lot stronger in my mind, have a very supportive boyfriend, finding fun ways to excersize, liking the low calorie way of eating MUCH better than Atkins... All of this stuff put together gives me a lot of hope!
People who inspire me the most on here: Wishes, Maleficent, T2 Trucker, Steve, Omega, Nrthnmomof3, DarkAngel And many others! Thank you all so much for the inspiration when I came crawling back here for heeelp!
And now without further ado, let the weight loss begin!
