Before & During - 30lbs down!

You're very pretty! I love that you've embraced the slow and steady aspect of this. As for plateaus, please don't let this get to you. I was stuck at 143 for almost a year and now I am at 130. You'll continue to lose. You just have to be patient and persistent with your good habits. Since you're injured now is the time to be even more vigilant about your food. At least that's how it has worked for me. Sometimes I skipped workouts, but I'm always good about keeping my diet clean. Once in a while I do have treats/splurges but they really are a once in a while thing. Mmm... for breakfast how about yogurt and fruit or maybe eggs with veggies. I do wonder why oatmeal is giving you such a bad time.

Thanks! I am still not sure that the issue is with breakfast. I have a new job now though that requires me to get up a bit earlier and is strict about when/where I can eat, so my breakfasts are becoming regular again. I am mostly sticking with mini bagels, a plain pop tart, or whole grain crackers with chese for breakfast, and then a salad or chicken for lunch.
