Before & Current progress

Been working out for about 2 years but only started taking it serious about a year ago. Heres my progress so far, not massive gains but some improvements.

Before - Oct 2007 - 175 lbs

I see a big improvement - you pulled your pants up and became an adult!

Seriously, I see nice improvement. Keep at it. You have a build similar to mine; how tall are you?
 
Thanks alot man. Yeah not too sure what the whole low jeans thing was all about haha. Last time I checked I was 182cm which is about 6ft.
 
There are some physique improvment but what I noticed more is the way you carry yourself. You seem to be more confident, currently, than in the past. Your face is more chiseled and the tan indicate that you might be outdoor more. Keep up the good work.

Yeah its amazing how training has a direct effect on the mind and confidence levels.
