Hi everyone!
I am in the middle stage of my weightloss. I started at 190.4 and I am now 159.6 which is about a 30 pound loss. I only have 24 or so more to go. I am
5' 5". I did GNC Lean Shake program. It is a meal replacement. I would mix it with 100% juice or water or almond milk and eat healthy snacks and lunch which was about 1200-1400 calories a day. I also walked 5-6 days a week and Jillian Michales 30 day shred 4-5 days a week. I am now doing a 5K this summer so I have added running to my workout plan a few weeks ago. I just keep moving
