I've always been a bigger guy, I'm 6'1" with a large frame. In high school I was over 200 lbs (which made it very easy to make the football team.) I wasn't really out of shape. I lifted weights daily, played basketball, and football, and generally kept active. It wasnt until I got out into the real world that I really let myself go.
5 months ago, I hated having my picture taken. But, being a musician, and playing 50+ shows a year, there was no palce to hide. Here is me backstage at an outdoor festival at about 325 lbs
Since then I started drinkin only water (every now and then, a cup of coffee, glass of wine, or a beer, but no soda!) stopped eating all of the fried stuff, and fast food. and changed any kind of bread, pasta, etc i was eating to wheat. I also started exercising daily. I walk/jog to and from the Gym (a total of about 4 miles) and switch between an hour of cardio and an hour of strength training monday-saturday. so far, here are the results after 40 lbs lost...
