Diet: I ate a lot of subway and stayed away from soda, and junk food. Also drank a lot of water.

Exercise: I would run about 2 miles 5-6 days a week. 50 pushups a day, 100 situps, 100 bicycle kicks, 100 scissor kicks. All that really helped me.

It's taken me about a year. And not a serious year either. For about 2-3 months of that year I messed around and yo-yoed from 220-230. Now I'm back on track. Big thing that helped me the most was finding music I can zone out to when I exercised. So far Nine Inch Nails(real angry grrrrr ) has worked best for me. What music do you guys listen to you?

I love you guys! you make me so happy and inspire me to hit my goal. I can't wait to start working out again, I haven't been due to strep throat.

that's so awesome...im going at a good rate too. 64 pounds in 14 weeks. Im almost half way there. I want to be just like you! Anyway..i usually dont listen to music. I like to watch tv while i work out. Gets my mind of the burn
