Here are some before and midway pics....I think I was just being brave looking at them let alone posting them...it was hard to find before pics where I actually showed myfelf below the bust. eww. The only reason I didn't throw them out was because it was at my brother's wedding. My before pics I was around 230lbs and now I'm at 205lbs. Still along way to go to get to 140. *takes a deep breath*
