I was always very active as a child but became ill from lyme disease and could barely walk, let alone exercise. By the time I went off to college I was well over 200lbs

Me at my graduation at (226lbs). Still a ways to my goal of 164 but I am eating 1500 calories a day or less and exercising. Just need to stick to it
