These are my before and inbetween shots. I still have around 90 pounds left to lose. But it's better than the 135 that I had to start with. I can tell a bit of a difference in the pictures, but am having trouble telling a difference by looking at me. I'm sure that will all come in time, though.![]()

What are some of the foods you eliminated from your diet? What are some of the new foods you tried?

I eliminated nothing. I eat less of some things - for instance, refined sugars. I don't eat a lot of white bread, white rice, pastas, etc. I eat everything whole grain - the majority of the time. But on occassion, I'll have cake, white bread or what have you.
I eat everything in moderation. I knew if I started cutting out and restricting then I would fail. It works best for me![]()
