Thanks! Y'all are super sweet. I'm going to try and knock out all the questions in this reply, but if I forget someone's - please let me know.

I started losing weight right after Christmas - December 26th. Sometimes I just say "New Years" - but, I wanted to make sure not to fall into the New-Years-resolution-cliche. Y'know? I thought that might make me doomed for failure because most people give up on their resolutions in February, hahaha. Since December 26th I've lost a total of 63 pounds. I could've lost more, but this past month has SUCKED for me. I don't know why, but it's kinda put my goals a little off wack. I've been doing good for the past week, though. I'm back on track, but I wish I hadn't messed around for the past month.

My weightloss plan is simple - nothing complicated about it. All I do is eat less and move more. I try to make good food choices and I count calories to an extent, but I'm not a Nazi about it. I don't eat many refined sugars - I've tried to switch everything to whole grain. Whole grain bread, tortillas, pasta, rice - everything. I love turkey bacon, baked cheetos, Luna bars, Ezekiel bread, etc. I honestly will eat just about anything in moderation. Ben and Jerry's makes their ice cream in these little baby size cups for like a dollar. I buy those and eat a little bite out of it when I'm craving some good ice cream. Stuff like that. I'm not hardcore about my diet because I love to eat. But I also know that nothing tastes good enough to screw up the progress I've made so far.

What I am hardcore about is exercise. I know that I love food and if I want to continue to eat whatever I want [in moderation, of course] then I'm going to have to work harder at the gym. So I work out 6 days a week for a minimum of an hour of intense cardio. Normally I go more than an hour - sometimes 2-3 hours. But 6 days I have to do a minimum of an hour. And when I say intense - I don't mean lallygagging around. I'm talking sweat-pouring-down-your-neck intense. I figure I can owe myself an hour out of my life each day to get in better shape. It won't kill me - but staying as fat as I was will :) I try to mix up my exercise, too. I have a love-hate relationship with the elliptical. It's a great exercise and it's the one I probably do the most. I also do a stationary bike, treadmill, swimming a mile, water aerobics and sometimes Tae Bo. I think the key to weight loss is weights. I've lost 63 pounds relatively quickly and I've yet to find any significant loose skin on me and I think that's because I strength train several days a week.

I'll continue to update this as I lose weight. It's nice to see my progress first hand.

Thanks again for all the encouraging comments! :)
