Before and after pictures of me

Hi, my name is Carlos. I’m currently 22 years old. I have always been overweight throught my whole life. I had tried two times before too lose weight but I failed but I learned from my mistakes. Now I’m on my 3rd attempt. Everybody always says the 3rd time is always a charm (hopefully I got the saying right) LOL. I always used too eat all the worst foods you can think of. If I went too my McDonalds, I would eat 2 big maces, large fries & drink a large coke. My daily food for me would be the below.

Breakfast burrito with everything (cheese, eggs, bacon, sasuage, hashbrown). I would also drink a coke with this.

Lunch would be Hamburger with cheese and fries and a coke.

Dinner time around 6 0 clock I would get home from work. If we had microwave burritos. I would eat 4 microwave burritos & a bowl of Doritos and drink two cokes or whatever was good at dinner time :\.

I was always the type that could never satisfy my body with just eating just a portion. I always used too overeat all the time. I remember my parents telling me if I was sick, because I would always go too the refrigerator and eat whatever I can find. My mom would always worry about me because of me being overweight. My parents are pretty skinny. People don't know what happen tooo me. LOL. When I weight my self before working out I was 265lbs. The lowest I ever weight was 205lbs and that was in high school when I played football. I’m pretty short I’m only 5’6. Attached are my pictures. The 1st two pics are my before pics & the last are my in-between pics.

This was me rocking my Rafa Marquez mexico jersey on Cinco de Mayo 2006. I was about too explode that soccer jersey.

This was me by november of 2006. Damn GAP sweater didn't even fit no more.

This picture was taken in November of this year 2007.

This Picture below was taken In december 11 of 2007.

I weight myself on december 11 for the 1st time. I came in weighting 190lbs!

I lost 75lbs in 4 months of working out and changing what I ate.

My breakfest in the morning is always Oatmeal. I will snack on almonds of raisins. My lunch would be soup or turkey sandwich with no cheese or mayo. I mix up my lunch every so often. I no longer drink soda anymore. I just drink water :).

The 1st month I started working out was the hardest. I remember when I could barely run 2-3 laps at a high school were i continue too workout. I also remember my body being so sore. From not being used too working out for a long time.

During the 1st month. I would only work out Mon-Wed-Fri.

On the 2nd month. I added a extra day. I would go monday through thursday.

On my 3rd month. I would it 5 days a week .

I currently run 3-4 miles every day. I also run the football bleachers everyday. I also sprint 2 days out of the week during my workout and I also included lunges for 2 days during my workout routine. So far I have only done Cardio and it has worked the best for me and I enjoy running.

When I told people I was doing cardio. everybody kept telling me your not gonna lose that much weight doing it that way. I even had people tell me the most weight I would lose in 1 year or 6 months would be 20 pounds max. I obviously prove them wrong. So far I've stuck too the "running game" and its worked the best for me. :)

What really motivated me the most during my workouts is my favorite athlete Julio Cesar Chavez, hes my favorite boxer of all time.

Hes the person that motivated me to get off my ass and do something about my weight.

I hope anything I posted helps somebody out there, because I hope it does. Were all in the same boat and we don't want too sink the boat.:biggrinjester:

Next goal is too hit 150lbs .

Latez

Carlos!
