Before And In Between!!!!

this is my b4 picture i topped out at about 285 lbs.....then i started pursuing my career in law enforcement and have took the physical agilities test and LUCKILY passed but i knew i wasnt "in-shape" and wanted to make it easier on myself and improve my appearance for the my girlfriend.....so here u go !

BEfore: 285lbs


now! 250 lbs
sry for the crazy looking pic...but i had a dip in.....and well had to edit out my beautiful girlfriend cause i dont want all the guys gaulking at her .....lol .....shes my life...i'd like to lose about 30 more lbs ive lost with high protein low carb diet.....with lots of running on the treadmill and lifting .....

awesome job man, your looking great. Im currently trying to put some muscle on me, because i lost a good amount by dieting, but good job on getting 30 off!
 
yeah i hear ya!

its hard to maintain muscle while dieting ....i mean u can lift and keep up ur running and stuff youll maybe get lucky and maintain a little bit but if ur cutting your calorie intake and protein and things chances are ull lose some muscle....i mean im no pro and there is some guys on here that know a HECK of alot more than me ! but thas my two cents lol....although im dieting im def gettin in shape and ive put on 3/4 of an inch on my arms in the past 3 months!! so thas not too bad jus been doin ALOT!!! of tri work cause up until now i focused mainly on my bi's and well your tri's make up the biggest part of your arm!

thanx ....and yea ima red sox fan .....lol but i also like the yanks and the braves......and also thanx to everyone else for the encouraging words they mean alot, anytime im looking for motivation i can ALWAYS find it here!:driving:
