Down to 180-ish but I still have all that jiggly fat I can play with on my stomach and thighs. New goal is 160. DX

Hey bud! Excellent work, you look so much more confident and happy. My vote is to bulk up that jiggliness. I'm not sure what your weight routine is like, but you could really use some of that added weight to put on some nice, toned muscle.
Either way, do what makes you feel best! but sometimes dropping the extra lbs to get rid of a target area can make your face look gaunt, and you might look a bit sickly. We all want to look super healthy!!

Yeah, everyone says that! :p
They say to do muscle training to fill that area with muscle because there's basically none there. So well I'm starting to target the problem areas.
A few days ago I did like 100 squats for my legs and I had to take a day or so break because it was sore. X3
So today I did another day of squats and my legs feel really weird and weak, which means it should be working. My brother is showing me some stomach exercises too.

But apparently to build muscle you have to eat a lot... >_>
Or so I've heard, and I only eat like 2000 calories max.

ALSO, even if there is not a lot of muscle there, there is still a LOT of fat I can grab. Like inches upon inches.
So that is what I want to get rid of!

I've yo-yo'd a bit but always stayed under 200 pounds and I'm sooo happy!!!
The loose skin is still there, but it's getting removed, I'm getting a tummy tuck that will also have flank excisions to remove all excess skin around my entire body.
 
Bravo man! You're definitely a sign of inspiration for me! My inital weight was 252 lbs...now I'm at 227.5 lbs (I started getting myself into shape near the end of August). Seeing stuff like this keeps me motivated!

I got surgery to remove my loose skin 3 months ago!
Here's how the loose skin looked before surgery:

This is also my face at the weight of 185:



My journey is finally over. :)
