Before and Half way there! 40 lbs lost!

OK, so I've been doing this for four months and have lost 40 lbs. I started at 260, and am sitting at around 217 now. My ideal weight would be a nice round 180 lbs or so.

Here's my before, at 260 lbs:

Dang, awesome job. We have about the exact same starting weight and goal weight.

Oh my goodness, what a big difference! Your stomach is almost gone! What type of exercises do you do?

I mainly just played basketball (and ran 100 yards every 15 minutes), along with some weight lifting 5 times a week for 30 mins. It was mostly lost from just lowering my calorie intake and just doing a lot more physical activities (I got a job at Safeway, where I practically walk for 5 hours a day).

So really it just started falling off after the 3rd month, but walking, jogging and weight lifting is how I lost it.

Thankkkss :blush5: It was my halfway mark so hopefully in another 40 lbs you'll see even more difference... everywhere :-D

Your face has chances so much... Not only is it thinner, it also looks happier. :) Keep it up!

I am happier! But those pics were taken in the morning when I just woke up, here's a good pic of before a party last night:
