My name is Kimberli and as I mentioned, I'm sort of new here. I've been reading so many of the motivating posts and encouragement of others which has been really helpful and inspiring! Anyway, I'm from sunny Florida and started on my Journey to Health on August 27th. After watching Dr. Oz on Oprah, I radically changed the way I eat and exercise is now such a vital part of my daily routine!
