I'm a newbie
. I've been reading all of the posts on here for a couple of weeks and have been very inspired by all you lovely people living healthier, happier lives. I decided to post my own thread of before and after (well, in between at this point) to keep myself accountable and motivated.
I have a confession - I have always been a yoyo dieter. Horrible, I know... but this is the first time in my life that I'm taking a crack at sane, healthy, steady weightloss. I'm trying to think lifestyle change, but it can be hard sometimes! Keep your fingers crossed for me, and any advice would be very much appareciated!

So the first attachment is me at 193 pounds... I was devastated when I stepped on the scale that day and decided to change everything.
The second attachment is me at 160.. getting there, but still have a ways to go
I Just added another photo of me now at 152 pounds! It's not a great picture (I took it right after a workout... yuck haha). Hope that the difference is noticeable!
