is there a way to just switch it to the mens? instead of having to make a whole other thread

It looks like mainly fat loss to me. What are your goals and what's your plan for reaching them? (Diet, training, time frame etc...)

I see some fat loss, but no real muscle development.
I don't want to be too harsh, but I think you could have accomplished alot more in 5 months
I suggest you either go on a cut, or clean bulk with a solid routine.Up to you whether you want to lower BF or just gain muscle from your point now.

Good job so far though, now just take it to the next level.

P.S nice room.

thanks for all your comments for both room and look. and yall are right about there not being alot of muscle. but it's because during those 5 months all i had to work out was the total gym. and thats a good machine, but the problem was that the most i can lift with that machine is 70 something pounds. so i got the bowflex just like 2 weeks ago and am lifting more now. and later today i might be able to post some pics of me flexing instead of just standing
thanks

How does your diet look like, are you eating in a surplus for muscle development?

actually i don't have a diet. my goal is to look kinda spiderman built. like in the first movie. but i already admit i'm never going to have a six pack. just a 4 pack, cuz i'm still going to keep eating alot.

Well, if you don't have a diet in check, and you don't know how much your putting in to your body and not paying attention to protein intake etc, you wont make much progress. What are your current goals, to lose fat or gain muscle?

If your trying to gain muscle, you have to be in a calorie surplus. ( Eat more than your body burns ), eat enough to create muscle, but not enough to store much fat. If you really want to see results calculate your BMR ( google bmr calculator ), take that number and add 300-500 calories and eat that amount. You can use to keep track of calories. What exactly are you doing on bowflex, sounds like it would be something with mainly isolational exercises.

Just remember, you can train all you want...but if your not eating enough, you wont make good progress.

i see the fat loss aswell
